EDUCATION IS THE BEDROCK OF PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

The Georgia Soccer Coaching Education Program takes many forms and is designed to benefit coaches of all levels, from the novice to the professional. The main components of the program are the Coaching School formal certification courses and the Special Topics clinics.  In addition, Georgia Soccer offers free on-site clinics, Parent Excellence Seminars, and Club Administrator seminars.

The Coaching School Instructors are nationally licensed professionals who have been selected based on their qualifications and experience as coaches and educators.

The COACHING RESOURCES section of the Georgia Soccer web site is another resource for coaches and parents and has a number of manuals, videos and articles that cover a broad range of topics on Player development.

All affiliated clubs can request to host courses, seminars and clinics. Please read the information below and contact the Director of Coaching Jacob Daniel (jdaniel@georgiasoccer.org) or the Coaching Administrator Tara Daniel (tdaniel@georgiasoccer.org) to discuss your needs.
