Free Registration Opportunity

Don't want to pay your registration fees? The State Referee Committee will waive registration fees for any current referee who can recruit three new referees.

To be eligible, you must:

• ​Be a currently-certified 2022 Grassroots or Regional Referee
• Recruit three new referees.
  • ​Recruits must complete all requirements to become a Grassroots Referee.
  • It is your responsibility to help the recruits through this process.
  • Direct your recruits to the Become a U.S. Soccer Referee webpage.
  • New recruits may only be credited to one recruiter; no duplicates.

​After your three recruits have done the following:

• Become a licensed Grassroots Referee
• Purchased uniforms and supplies
• Contacted a certified U.S. Soccer assignor to start working games, you may then:

Fill out this Referee Recruitment Form.

• ​Your recruits will be verified.
  • ​The name, email and phone numbers of both the recruiter and recruits must all match Learning Center profiles for verification purposes
• After verification, the State Referee Committee will email you a discount code which may be used to register for free in the Grassroots Recertification course.
