The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Risk Management

Risk Management is the collection of actions taken by Georgia Soccer and its affiliates to minimize risk associated with the playing and administration of the game of soccer.

Risk Management addresses a number of issues which include, but are not limited to, background checks & SafeSport training for those involved with youth players, abuse reporting, field and game safety and the protection of the state association and of each member organization and their assets.

Please use these resources to assist in mitigating risk for your organization. Georgia Soccer uses JDP as its trusted background screening provider. All Adult Participants must have an approved background check pursuant to Georgia Soccer Risk Management Policy and completed SafeSport training.

Abuse reporting

At Georgia Soccer we strive to create a safe environment for all, free from abuse and misconduct. . It can be a very stressful situation to be in when you are concerned about your own safety or the safety of someone else. Whether you are participating in sports, at home, online, in school, or anywhere for that matter, we all must be prepared to come forward to report any suspected abuse or misconduct.  We have partnered with Player’s Health Protect,, to give you a secure avenue to do just that.

To report abuse please use one of the following options; directly with the U.S Center for Safesport or through Players Health.
