The 2027 AGM has a new date! (updated on 10/2/2026)
The 2027 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Saturday, February 6th, 2027, and will be held at the Atlanta Marriott Century Center/Emory Area. The address is: 2000 Century Blvd NE, Atlanta, GA 30345.

Saturday: Annual General Meeting:
- Registration between 8:00am – 9am, breakfast will be served.
- Adult Council Meeting – Meeting starts at 9:00 am
- Adult Council Minutes from SAGM August 2026- coming soon
- Youth Council Meeting – Meeting starts at 9:00 am
- Youth Council Minutes from SAGM August 2026- coming soon
- Coffee Break – 10am-10:30am
- General Council Meeting – Meeting starts at 10:30 am

- Of The Year Award
- Lunch begins after the General Council.
- Training & Workshops (TBA)- 12pm – 1:30pm
- Following all workshop presentations the meeting room with remain open for one-on-one conversations with the presenters. Make sure to visit their tables in the lobby to speak with them throughout the AGM.

BYLAW & RULE CHANGE PROPOSALS
For consideration at the 2027 Annual General Meeting (AGM) members may submit proposed changes to the Georgia Soccer Bylaws and the Youth Rules and Regulations. The deadline to submit a change is Dec. 4th, 2026 at 11:59pm.

NOMINATIONS
The deadline to submit a nomination for a Board of Director position is Dec. 4th, 2026 at 11:59pm. Nominations for the following positions will be communicated to the membership 30 days prior to the AGM after the Nominations Committee has reviewed the nominations.

VOTING INFORMATION
Voting Eligibility
Per GSSA Bylaw 8.1.6: It shall be the responsibility of each Affiliate to have in attendance at GSSA AGM, GSSA SAGM, and the Adult and Youth Council meetings, a minimum of one member to represent each of its Affiliate’s interests. Affiliate representation is mandatory at all meetings.
Per GSSA Bylaw 8.6.1 The State Registrar shall determine the number of players an affiliate has properly registered and for which they have submitted payment. In order to vote, ensure your club or league invoices are paid in full and your balance is zero.
To receive full voting recognition, if a joint association, you must have two separate credentialed individuals participate. i.e. – no single username will be allowed to vote for more than one entity / group.
