Semi Annual General Meeting (SAGM)

The 2025 Semi-Annual General Meeting (SAGM) is scheduled for Saturday, August 9th, 2025, location to be determined starting at 9am.

This year we are hosting a Friday Night Braves game Georgia Soccer Social. Ticket and hotel information will be available shortly!

Board of Directors Meet at 7:30 am
Breakfast is served for BOD, Staff and Membership at 8:00 am
Adult Council at 9:00 am
Youth Council at 9:00 am
Coffee Break at 10:00 am
General Council at 10:30 am
Lunch is Served at 11:00 am
Workshop & Training at 12:00 pm

BYLAW & RULE CHANGE PROPOSALS

For consideration at the 2025 Semi Annual General Meeting (AGM) members may submit proposed changes to the Georgia Soccer Bylaws and the Youth Rules and Regulations.

SUBMIT YOUR RULE OR BYLAW CHANGE HERE

Per GSSA Bylaw 8.1.6: It shall be the responsibility of each Affiliate to have in attendance at GSSA AGM, GSSA SAGM, and the Adult and Youth Council meetings, a minimum of one member to represent each of its Affiliate’s interests. Affiliate representation is mandatory at all meetings.

Per GSSA Bylaw 8.6.1 The State Registrar shall determine the number of players an affiliate has properly registered and for which they have submitted payment. In order to vote, ensure your club or league invoices are paid in full and your balance is zero.

To receive full voting recognition, if a joint association, you must have two separate credentialed individuals participate. i.e. – no single username will be allowed to vote for more than one entity / group.

The Credentials report will be released prior to the SAGM.
