Georgia State Soccer Association Partners with TraceUp for AI-Powered Sports Cameras

ATLANTA (February 13, 2026) – The Georgia State Soccer Association (Georgia Soccer) is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with Trace, wherein Trace will provide a free Trace camera kit for every participating team (a $495 value), which includes the camera, tripod, and case/bag. Families will then be able to subscribe to Trace to watch games and highlights.  Additionally, the first 100 new camera signups will receive $100 off an annual subscription! Trace’s AI-powered technology is designed to automatically record games, track individual players, and deliver personalized highlight reels to players’ devices.  It uses a smart camera, tripod, and wearable sensors to identify key plays – goals, passes, and saves – without requiring manual editing!  This is a perfect complement to those players looking to create highlight reels to submit to potential college coaches. This collaboration reflects Georgia Soccer’s growing commitment to supporting athletes and families and to enhance their ability to take their skills to the next level.

“Georgia Soccer is deeply committed to supporting players at every level,” said Gentry Contreras, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Trace. “We’re excited to partner with their coaches, players, and families by expanding access to video tools that drive development, engagement, and opportunity across the entire membership.”

Jim Walker, Executive Director of Georgia Soccer, echoed that sentiment, “This agreement with Trace is a phenomenal opportunity to provide an extraordinary benefit to our membership, as it absorbs the greatest cost at no charge – the Trace camera and related equipment – making it easier for our families to watch games and highlights of their specific player.  And, for those players that want to play at the next level, the Trace technology is an incredible advantage for our players to easily create reels of their highlights for consideration by collegiate coaches. Our adult members will also find this partnership to be a great value and a perfect reason for post-match camaraderie to watch prior games.”

About Trace

Trace is an AI-driven game film and analytics platform that automatically captures every moment of play and produces personalized video highlights and tactical tools designed to accelerate player development and support coaching effectiveness across youth and amateur sports.
